Family at the Heart

Sainte Marie Pâtisserie is a family-run bakery in the heart of Beaurepaire Village, Beaconsfield. Owner Romy brings together the precision of French patisserie with the warm, bold flavours of her Peruvian heritage. Every recipe is made with the same care and attention she learned growing up around family kitchens.

Two Traditions, One Kitchen

In the morning, the ovens fill with buttery croissants, flaky chocolatines, and crusty baguettes. Alongside them, golden empanadas emerge, filled with lomo saltado, seco de carne, and Swiss chard with cheese. The display case holds alfajores, Tres Leches, and lemon tarts side by side. This is what makes Sainte Marie unique: two culinary traditions, baked with equal love.

Baked Fresh, Every Day

Everything at Sainte Marie is baked fresh daily. There are no shortcuts and no compromises. From the sourdough that takes time to rise to the custom celebration cakes made to order for birthdays and special occasions, every item reflects the family's commitment to quality. When you walk in, you smell it before you see it.
